Terms Of Service

By agreeing to commission me, you automatically accept my Terms of Service.Please read everything carefully before proceeding. If you don't agree with any of these terms, do not commission or purchase from me.

Payment / Refunds

✦ I accept payments via PayPal only (включно Моно/Приват)✦ Due to my location, payments are accepted via PayPal Friends&Family.✦ I cannot accept payments from certain countries due to PayPal regional restrictions (including Chile, Mexico, Argentina(?), Brazil(?), India and some other regions).
So please make sure you are able to send a PayPal Friends&Family payment before commissioning!!!✦ Full prepayment or 50% immediately and 50% after the sketch;✦ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
You may cancel before payment is made.
No refunds will be issued after the final product is delivered.

ART STYLE / OFFERED SERVICES

✦ I work exclusively in my lineless art style.✦ I only offer full-color artwork.✦ All listed prices apply to finished full-color pieces.✦ I don't offer sketches, lineart or unfinished artworks (I can make an exception if your special request requires it).✦ Complaints or criticism about my art style will not be considered grounds for edits.

CHANGES / REVISIONS

✦ Revisions are available at the sketch stage and at the final stage.✦ Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.✦ I may charge an additional fee for excessive or extensive revisions.

DEADLINES

✦ The maximum estimated turnaround time is 1 month.✦ Typical completion time is 1–2 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, studies, or personal matters.✦ I will keep you updated if delays occur.✦ If you want art by the specified date: let me know before starting work with the commission!

WORKING PROCESS / COMMUNICATION

✦ Please provide reference photos.✦ Be specific, try to describe what you want as best as you can, you can send photos to show what you want to be included in the final result.✦ If you need more WIPs - please say it.✦ English is not my native language, so I may need extra time to respond, be patient.✦ Please keep messages clear and straightforward, avoid slang or uncommon abbreviations when possible

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:✦Promote myself and my services.✦Post on social media and in my portfolio.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS

You may:✦ Use the artwork for personal purposes only.✦ Print the art for yourself.✦ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@Layzerkek".You may NOT:✦ Use the artwork commercially without permission.✦ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.✦ Remove signatures/watermarks.✦ Resell the artwork.✦ Use my artwork in AI training datasets, AI image generators, NFTs.
